Keystone Resilience Limited was established in June 2010 to provide expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management planning to a variety of commercial clients.
Since then, we have successfully completed multiple projects for many different organisations, in sectors including banking & finance, law, pharmaceutical, government, asset management, media and insurance. Some of our current clients have been with us from day one and we provide them with full business resilience lifecycle services, including strategy, policy, risk assessment, business impact, plan development, exercising, as well as education and awareness. In addition, we have several long-term clients for whom we provide an annual crisis management exercise.
We work with 5-10 individual organisations per year on average, providing ongoing support as well as discrete projects. Having been one of the authors and facilitators of the first Tripartite Market Wide Exercise held in 2003, we are also regularly asked to assist with other exercises of this nature.
Although our core expertise is in business continuity and crisis management, we also have a strong technical and information security background, which means that we can incorporate evolving risks and threats, such as cyber-crime into our exercises. We ensure that our knowledge and expertise remain current through our own extensive research and membership of relevant organisations such as The BCI and CSARN – City Security & Resilience Networks.
When required, we also work with other small service providers to form a team for a larger or more complex project. We also provide this support to others, making us a very agile and responsive solution to any organisation’s ongoing requirements.
