What type of information do we collect?

This website collects two types of information:

1. Metrics for usage analytics using standard off the shelf software. We use this to track the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.  This includes data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, however none of this information personally identifies you to us.
2. First Name, email address and phone number of users who complete the Contact Us form.

How we get the information and why we do we have it?

We use third party software to collect anonymous usage information from our website visitors.  We use the Contact Us form to enable users to request additional information from us.

What we do with the information?

We use the web analytics information to understand the user experience of our website in order to improve it.

We use the information provided via the Contact Us form in order to communicate with a user who requires more information on the services we provide.

How we store your information

The contact information provided via the Contact Us form is stored within our email database for as long as required for the purposes of communication.  If the user does not enter into a contract or relationship with us for the provision of services, the emails and contact information are deleted as soon as the communication is concluded.

Your data protection rights

If at any point you believe that the information we have on you is incorrect, you may request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
